We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Professional to join our team at Axess Law Professional Corporation. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records and facilitate decision-making.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for executives, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt communication and response.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations for executives to facilitate business trips and meetings.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas to provide excellent customer service.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of documents.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

  • Correspondence: Drafting and sending professional letters, emails, and other written communications.
  • Reports and Records: Compiling and maintaining accurate records and reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Invoices: Preparing and sending invoices to clients in a timely and professional manner.
