Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Mayuran Tharmabalan Professional Corporation. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our senior staff members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining records.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
* Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient information retrieval.
* Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure error-free communication.
* Respond to electronic inquiries, answer phone calls, and relay messages to relevant personnel.
* Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making and reporting requirements.
* Arrange seminars, conferences, and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.
* Supervise and train other workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
* Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Set up and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other software applications to track progress and measure performance.
* Greet clients, visitors, and guests, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas as needed.

Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; degree preferred.
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
