Community Security Officer

We are seeking a Community Security Officer to join our team at Chris Szymanski. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the community by ensuring the safety and security of residential areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol assigned neighborhoods to observe and report on suspicious activity, promoting a sense of community and preventing potential crime.
- Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment to stay vigilant and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Engage with residents, providing information and assistance as needed, and fostering a culture of trust and cooperation.
- Ontario Security License (valid and up-to-date) for assurance of professionalism and expertise.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record for safe transportation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with residents and emergency services.
- Previous security or law enforcement experience for enhanced knowledge and skills.
- BASIC First Aid and CPR certification for added safety capabilities.
- A competitive hourly wage of $20-$22 per hour (based on experience) for a fair compensation.
- Flexible schedules and part-time/full-time options for work-life balance.
