Job Summary:

We are seeking a Community Security Officer to join our team at Chris Szymanski. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the community by ensuring the safety and security of residential areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol assigned neighborhoods to observe and report on suspicious activity, promoting a sense of community and preventing potential crime.
  • Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment to stay vigilant and respond quickly to emergencies.
  • Engage with residents, providing information and assistance as needed, and fostering a culture of trust and cooperation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ontario Security License (valid and up-to-date) for assurance of professionalism and expertise.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record for safe transportation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with residents and emergency services.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous security or law enforcement experience for enhanced knowledge and skills.
  • BASIC First Aid and CPR certification for added safety capabilities.
