We are seeking an IT Security Manager to lead our vulnerability management program. This role will oversee the technical stack and assume a leadership position, leveraging IT risk management responsibilities to deliver secure and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the vulnerability management program, collaborating with key technical stakeholders to ensure the technical stack is secure and compliant.
  2. Work directly with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to contribute to the IT and Enterprise risk management strategy, responsible for process outcomes using industry-accepted frameworks.
  3. Own the security awareness and training program, working with key stakeholders to review training titles, define schedules, and strengthen the security culture at First American. This includes social engineering testing strategies and evolving techniques.
  4. Support the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program by maintaining DR sites, liaising with change management, issue resolution, task scheduling, and coordination of testing activities.
Requirements:
  1. An educational background in Information Security or related technology-based programs at the college or university level.
  2. A minimum of five years' experience in an information security role covering one or more of the defined responsibilities.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (intermediate level or higher).
  4. Proven experience in project management, coordinating tasks and resources.
  5. Experience with simple data sets and providing analysis using tools like Excel.
  6. Technical knowledge of server/network environments, processes to reduce vulnerabilities, and restore the environment to its working state (backup/replication).
