Job Description:

We require a dedicated individual who will be committed to ensuring the safety and security of residential communities by providing visible presence, monitoring activities, and responding to emergencies.

  • Patrolic designated neighborhoods to observe and report suspicious activity
  • Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment
  • Respond to calls regarding security concerns and emergencies
  • Engage with residents, providing information and assistance as needed
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to stay calm and think clearly in emergency situations.

  • Report incidents, violations, and safety hazards in a timely manner
  • Enforce community rules, policies, and procedures as applicable
  • Provide first aid or emergency assistance if necessary
Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess an Ontario Security License (valid and up-to-date), a valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record, and be physically capable of walking or patrolling for extended periods.

  • Knowledge of basic security procedures and protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
