Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other electronic enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and timely access to information.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure error-free communication.
  • Perform data entry tasks to support business operations.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administrative roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry would be an asset.
Estimated Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per annum,
based on location and level of experience.
