Lloydminster, Canada Wrapex Industrial Services Full time

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Manage reception area including answering phones, greet visitors, etc.
- General office administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, keeping/ updating maintenance log, schedule pickups, etc.
- Create purchase orders as required and manage material orders and transfers;
- Support project administration as required;
- Assist with payroll administration tasks as required, including but not limited to collection and input/upload of field staff timesheets, payroll hours, job codes, allowances, etc., for accurate entry into our payroll system;
- Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for project and field staff as required;
- Ensure the administrative day-to-day tasks are managed and completed efficiently and to maximum productivity;
- Contact the Corporate office to order safety equipment, materials (PPE);
- Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completion of High School and 2+ years’ administration experience;
- Competent use of all aspects of Microsoft Office.
- Maintains a high level of accuracy, integrity and accountability.
- Demonstrates reliability through punctuality
- Professional attitude, demeanor, and personal appearance
- Sound organization, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
