Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HP Beauty.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Supervise and train office staff, ensuring they meet deadlines and follow procedures
- Oversee data analysis and report preparation, providing insights for informed decision-making
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform data entry and manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Delegate work to office support staff and monitor progress
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Judgment and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
