Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HP Beauty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train office staff, ensuring they meet deadlines and follow procedures
  • Oversee data analysis and report preparation, providing insights for informed decision-making
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Perform data entry and manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Delegate work to office support staff and monitor progress
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Judgment and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Salary and Benefits:

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
