Office Administrative Support Position
**Objective**: to provide office and administration support to all departments when applicable
This is a full time position and will be part of the LAEA team. This position reports directly to the Ag Manager.
**Responsibilities include the following but not limited to**:
A. Office Support
- Answering phones & directing calls to appropriate staff members
- Data Entry with accuracy/Record/File management
- Photocopying
- Typing & proofing show programs & results
- Making Exhibitor Packages/ Making and printing labels, name badges
- Coordinating Sponsor presentations
- Managing ribbons/awards/Inventory on items
- Creating informational signage
- Attending occasional meetings and recording accurate minutes
- Contacting volunteers for events

B. Databases
- Accurately update event contact info (exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, consignors, members, buyers etc.). It is essential that this is done on an ongoing basis to keep our information current.

C. Receptionist Support
- Assist customers at the counter
- Issue receipts and payments for booths/tickets/entries

❖ An interest in all matters rural and agriculture

This is a mainly office-based job with standard hours (8am-5pm), although you will be required to work evenings and weekend shifts on specific Lloyd Ex events during different times of the year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
