Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Corporate Services Administrator I to join our team at the Atrium Branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to departments across the organization
  • Provide administrative support for facilities services, including coordinating installations and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate information within the province-wide property database
  • Assist with contract management and administration of invoices
  • Support logistics and procurement efforts
  • Administer keys and provide security support
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of front office or reception experience
  • High School diploma required; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
