We are a dynamic and growing yacht sales organization seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our team to success.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales management, with expertise in the entire sales process, from planning to closing. They will excel at setting goals and targets for the team, developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and motivating sales team members, and analyzing sales performance and providing feedback.

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of $85,000-$95,000 per year, offering a range of benefits including flexible work arrangements, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working with CRM software and managing sales operations. You will also need to be able to adapt to changing market conditions and sales environments, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Setting sales goals and targets for the team
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
  • Leading, motivating, and coaching sales team members
  • Analyzing sales performance and providing feedback
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Managing sales operations, including forecasting
  • Collaborating with management team
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in managing sales
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach sales teams
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales environments
  • Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors
  • Experience working with a CRM system in a service-driven business
