Sales Director

United City Yachts is seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. With a proven track record of driving sales growth, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and coaching and mentoring your team members to excel in their roles.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales management, with a strong understanding of the entire sales process from planning to closing. You will be expected to analyze sales data and performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Analyze sales performance and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their sales techniques.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively lead and manage a sales team.
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle complex sales situations and negotiate with customers.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales environments to stay ahead of the competition.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
