About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success Director to join our team at Lux Sales Consulting. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Mentoring and coaching sales teams to improve performance and drive results.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership and strategy development. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.

Estimated Salary:$100,000 - $150,000 per year
