We are looking for a highly experienced Managing Director to lead our North America operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth, build a strong team, and take charge of P&L management.
About the Role:
- Lead the B2C and B2B businesses in North America, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Oversee warehouse and logistics operations in Toronto, ensuring seamless supply chain management.
- Manage personnel and operations, making strategic decisions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain overall profit and loss responsibility in North America, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of senior management experience in B2C and B2B companies, preferably with expertise in managing large accounts and online retail stores.
- Proven track record of building and growing businesses, with a strong sense of ownership and decision-making skills.
- Able to inspire and influence managers and direct employees to create a productive and efficient work environment.
- Candidate must reside in Toronto or be willing to relocate prior to employment.
Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses.
