About Panna

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Create and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Panna's goals.


  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to develop tools and resources that enhance sales effectiveness.


  • Lead Generation: Design and implement campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the use and optimization of CRM systems to track customer data and improve engagement.


  • Content Strategy: Develop and manage a content plan that drives brand awareness and supports lead generation efforts.


  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute initiatives successfully.


  • Brand Management: Shape and maintain Panna’s voice and identity, ensuring consistency in all touchpoints.


  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies to optimize ROI.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.


  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively.


What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing leadership roles, with expertise in sales enablement, CRM systems, and lead generation.


  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to create and implement successful marketing and content strategies.


  • Leadership Skills: Strong experience managing and inspiring high-performing teams.


  • Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.


  • Analytical Expertise: Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing platforms.


  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
