Lead the Way in Consumer Loyalty

The Head of Loyalty will drive the development, launch, and management of an engaging Loyalty Program and Member Engagement Framework for our consumers. This includes growing our loyalty database, leading partners through program implementation, and managing data-driven approaches to strategy development & operations management. The Head of Loyalty will also create a unique loyalty experience aligned with our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growing our loyalty database and leading partners through program implementation.
  • Developing and governing outreach rulesets, coordinating loyalty outreach, personalizing outreach, and implementing new outreach channels.
  • Managing analytics of our first-party consumer data to inform Enterprise and Loyalty Strategy.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team focused on consumer-centricity and loyalty.
Your Background
  • Experience leading the design, launch, and maintenance of a Loyalty Program at a consumer brand.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Loyalty, CRM, Consumer Experience, and/or related insights & analytics functions.

You should have expertise in:

  • Microsoft D365 ERP and Azure Data Warehousing systems.
  • Microsoft PowerBI, Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools.
  • Salesforce Cloud Ecosystem such as Commerce, Marketing, and Service Clouds.
  • Customer Data Platforms such as Acquia, Salesforce 360.
  • Digital Channel Measurement such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.

This role comes with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
