Director of Customer Engagement

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Senior Director of Loyalty. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in loyalty and CRM/data-driven marketing, preferably in agency, retail or consumer goods. They'll be responsible for developing strategic plans to drive member engagement, including retention, digital engagement, acquisition, and RFM (recency, frequency, monetary).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow member engagement through offer, partner, and promotional tactics
- Lead the development of member communication strategies to build community between members and Indigo
- Manage the creation and delivery of the monthly Plum newsletter, collaborating with cross-functional and external partners to curate exclusive content and offers
- Work closely with the CRM Manager to develop lifecycle management programs that retain and grow top-tier members
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive flexible and iterative solutions quickly and easily
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education completed, preferably in business or marketing, with an MBA considered an asset
- 7+ years of experience in loyalty and/or CRM/data-driven marketing, preferably in agency, retail, or consumer goods
- Strong project management experience in building new CRM data environments and/or redesigning loyalty programs

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement savings plan.
