Job Description:

The Head of Loyalty will lead the development, launch, and management of a compelling Loyalty Program and Member Engagement Framework for Canada Goose consumers. This role requires a data-driven approach to strategy development & operations management, combined with a creative approach to loyalty experience creation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Growing the Loyalty Database by implementing a data-driven approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  2. Leading partners through program implementation and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  3. Developing and governing outreach rulesets to activate member engagement.
  4. Coordinating loyalty outreach efforts across various channels, including email, social media, and in-store promotions.
  5. Personalizing outreach to members based on their preferences and behavior.
  6. Implementing new outreach channels, such as retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, consumer experience, and/or related insights & analytics functions.
  • Proven track record of leading the design, launch, and maintenance of a loyalty program at a consumer brand.
  • Expertise in consumer data, including segmentation and lifecycle data.
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and apply analytical techniques to generate business value.
  • Excellent team leadership skills, with the ability to design and build a high-performing team.
  • Awareness of consumer data regulation and compliance.
