Strategic HR Business Partner for Organizational Growth

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and drive organizational growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in understanding the organization's strategic goals and developing HR strategies that support them.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with business leaders to understand organizational goals and objectives, providing strategic HR support to enhance overall business performance.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to the full cycle recruitment and selection process.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Employee Relations and Support: Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Talent Development and Workforce Planning: Support talent development initiatives, including training, succession planning, and performance management. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent at the right time.
- Global Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborate with global teams to implement HR initiatives and stay informed about employment laws and regulations.
- Analytics and Insights: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A University or College Diploma, preferably in business specializing in Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communications skills, verbal and written; highly organized; effective leadership skills; excellent inter-personal relation skills; commitment to workplace compliance and ISO standards.
Benefits and Working Conditions:
- Salary: Estimated annual salary is around $80,000 - $110,000 based on location and industry standards.
- Working Hours: This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week in a shared office environment. Minimal travel may be required.
