Day in the Life:

As a Sr HRBP, you'll partner with division leaders and lead strategic planning initiatives to achieve business objectives. You'll work with talent partners to evaluate workforce needs and create interviews that showcase our company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and retention initiatives
  • Create individual development plans to guide operations
  • Manage employee relations, conducting investigations and performance plans
  • Provide oversight to senior leaders with HR dashboards

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of HR management experience
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Post-secondary education in business and/or HR
  • Vehicle for transportation and extensive local travel
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
