Strategic HR Partner for Business Success

Job Summary:This role involves partnering with division leaders to drive strategic planning initiatives and achieve short, medium, and long-term business objectives. You will work closely with talent partners to evaluate workforce needs, create engaging interview processes, and develop effective onboarding programs.
- Evaluate current workforce needs and develop strategies to meet future demands.
- Design competency-based interviews that showcase the company culture and values.
- Develop personalized onboarding experiences that foster a sense of adventure and belonging among new hires.
In addition, you will:
- Lead the development of action plans for annual engagement surveys to encourage open communication and feedback.
- Coach operations on essential health, safety, and compliance practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Oversee employee relations by conducting investigations and creating performance plans to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will provide oversight to senior leaders with compelling HR dashboards, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in human resources management
- Strong employee relations experience
- Post-secondary education in business and/or HR
- Able to travel extensively locally
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
