Job Summary:

This role involves partnering with division leaders to drive strategic planning initiatives and achieve short, medium, and long-term business objectives. You will work closely with talent partners to evaluate workforce needs, create engaging interview processes, and develop effective onboarding programs.

  1. Evaluate current workforce needs and develop strategies to meet future demands.
  2. Design competency-based interviews that showcase the company culture and values.
  3. Develop personalized onboarding experiences that foster a sense of adventure and belonging among new hires.

In addition, you will:

  1. Lead the development of action plans for annual engagement surveys to encourage open communication and feedback.
  2. Coach operations on essential health, safety, and compliance practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  3. Oversee employee relations by conducting investigations and creating performance plans to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

To succeed in this role, you will provide oversight to senior leaders with compelling HR dashboards, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations.

Key Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in human resources management
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Post-secondary education in business and/or HR
  • Able to travel extensively locally
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
