We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an integral part of our outside sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory, including Aurora, Newmarket, Bradford, and Alliston
  • Develop strategic sales plans to drive productivity and achieve sales targets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Negotiate sales contracts and oversee new account installations

Requirements:

  • Proven outside business-to-business sales experience (training provided for the right candidate)
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with computer software, Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and CRM
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation Package:

A competitive base salary of $55,000 per annum plus uncapped monthly commissions and a monthly bonus make this an attractive opportunity for driven individuals.
