We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and experience working in a corporate Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising teams and developing strategies to improve business performance. Your expertise in OEM, leadership, and troubleshooting will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Supervise teams and provide guidance on technical and leadership matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong technical background, preferably in outdoor motorsports industry
  • Proven leadership skills and experience working in a corporate OEM environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
