Compensation
A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, reflecting the company's dedication to rewarding its employees fairly and equitably.

Job Description
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding service to customers while effectively managing daily activities for assigned accounts. In every interaction, it is essential to balance exceptional customer service with a strategic focus on maximizing profitability and return on investment by considering the financial impact of each decision.

Operational Duties and Key Results:
• Meet or exceed client service level expectations consistently.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and profit margins.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Implement effective daily inventory management practices to achieve company inventory goals, including MRP review, managing aged and obsolete inventory, and adhering to FIFO.
• Oversee account deliveries, in-stock levels, orders, and finished goods inventory to ensure optimal availability.
• Accurately perform data entry tasks, including sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and release downloads.
• Foster clear, professional communication across all departments at Automatic Steel.
• Maintain keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Proactively manage obsolete or problematic inventory.
• Minimize scrap in setups to enhance profitability.
• Capacity to conduct Outside Sales duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in manufacturing and sales. Construction and Steel experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering and architectural drawings is an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possess strong mathematical skills to analyze data, ensure inventory accuracy, manage order calculations, and optimize setup processes, all of which contribute to efficient operations and profitability.
• Dedicated commitment to providing superior, timely, internal and external customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills in a team environment.
