About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and in-person visits;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales calls, and follow-up activities;
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
