The Field Execution Team is responsible for executing programs that support Trade Development Managers in increasing merchandising support across all measured channels, building and strengthening route level relationships, and executing the "Curb to Vault" strategy for POS materials.

Essential Job Functions include:

  • Maintaining direct route level relationships with Store Managers on their specific route
  • Merchandising Monster as an individual contributor in the cold vault and coolers
  • Expanding cold space in all accounts where applicable
  • Transporting and placing POS materials within and outside of accounts
  • Caring for program materials and assets of Monster Beverage Corporation responsibly
  • Arriving on time and adhering to shift schedules, checking in with Management via app-based tools
  • Communicating execution action items to Region Managers through daily trackers
  • Maintaining brand appearance and wearing proper attire
  • Ensuring professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers
  • Staying up-to-date on products, categories, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends

Mastering equipment used for resets, display builds, and cooler handling is essential for this role.

Key Requirements include:

  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • May be required to travel when necessary
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. when required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to drive on behalf of Monster Beverage Corporation
  • Must have reliable transportation for transporting reset, display, and POS equipment

Required: STR Kit [Base wrap x 1 roll, Monster case platforms x 2, Pricing, SDM Modulizer x 2, Mixed box of glides, Cooler Topper x 1]

Periodically: Monster Dolly Rack, 22Wx23Dx67H, 46 lbs.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
