Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transportation company, ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and resolve conflict situations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative tasks.
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
