Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Provide sales training and support to customers to ensure they can effectively promote and sell our products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales promotions, pricing strategies, and product launches.
- Travel frequently to trade shows, customer sites, and internal meetings to represent the company and build relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the tile and flooring industries, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
