Job Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the construction industry. As a key member of our Sales Team, you'll leverage your expertise in sales methodologies and prospecting techniques to acquire new enterprise customers.

This is a remote or office-based position based in Canada, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional development.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Procore Technologies, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing strategic account plans to identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities

- Conducting thorough research on target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and generating interest in Procore's solutions

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including SDRs and Solutions Engineers, to showcase Procore's value proposition to prospects

- Maintaining accurate forecasts and providing regular sales activity reports to management

- Working closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless handoffs and effective communication with customers

- Pursuing ongoing knowledge of key competitors to effectively communicate Procore's unique value proposition

- Managing leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com

- Achieving quarterly and annual targets while consistently delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

- At least 8 years of demonstrated success in software sales, preferably B2B

- Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodologies

- Proven track record in inside and outside sales environments

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools

- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com

- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
