">Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
">Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through strategic account development and management.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them">
- Expand existing client relationships and increase sales from key accounts">
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders">
- Negotiate contracts and manage the recruitment lifecycle">
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues">
- Collaborate with colleagues across Canada and globally to achieve commercial performance goals">
- Maintain a hybrid working environment (3+ days in office per week)">
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures">
- Work closely with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities">
- Negotiate contracts and manage the recruitment lifecycle">
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in account management for IT roles">
- A proven track record of sales success">
- A College Diploma or University Degree">
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients">
- Proven ability to work as part of a team">
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish would be considered an asset">
- Ability to maintain a hybrid working environment (3+ days in office per week)">
- The ability to negotiate contracts and manage the recruitment lifecycle">
- Staying up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues">
What We Offer:
">We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, plus uncapped quarterly bonuses, health insurance, RRSP matching, 4 weeks vacation and 5 sick days, and an empowering work environment that supports your growth and development.
