Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.

">

Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through strategic account development and management.

">

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them">
  • Expand existing client relationships and increase sales from key accounts">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders">
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the recruitment lifecycle">
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues">
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Canada and globally to achieve commercial performance goals">
  • Maintain a hybrid working environment (3+ days in office per week)">
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures">
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities">
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the recruitment lifecycle">
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues">

Requirements:

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in account management for IT roles">
  • A proven track record of sales success">
  • A College Diploma or University Degree">
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients">
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team">
  • Fluency in English and/or Spanish would be considered an asset">
  • Ability to maintain a hybrid working environment (3+ days in office per week)">
  • The ability to negotiate contracts and manage the recruitment lifecycle">
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues">

What We Offer:

">

We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, plus uncapped quarterly bonuses, health insurance, RRSP matching, 4 weeks vacation and 5 sick days, and an empowering work environment that supports your growth and development.
