Rentokil Terminix, the world's leading pest control company, is seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to join their team in Toronto, ON.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing new commercial customers and driving revenue growth. This home office-based role involves contacting, prospecting, exploring leads, and growing established accounts to meet revenue and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in Business-to-Business sales, with a proven track record of success in selling into multiple market segments. You will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent organization and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling
  • Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets
  • Maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings
  • BUILD partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service solutions

Requirements:

  • TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SALES
  • EXPERIENCE SELLING INTO MULTIPLE MARKET SEGMENTS
  • STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN
  • SELF-MOTIVATED WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
  • EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
  • MUST PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND SCREEN
  • PEST CONTROL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS AN ASSET
