Our client has been the top choice for Toronto-area property managers to conduct essential building maintenance such as carpet cleaning, garage power washing, odor control, and restoration, as well as emergency services such as floods, mold, and trauma. With over 30 years of success and backing from a prestigious private equity firm, they are accelerating their presence in the GTA.


Due to recent growth from successful acquisitions along with a mandate to grow their B2B sales team across the GTA, they are looking to add a driven Inside Sales Representative to their team to prospect and close business in the Climanetics business unit.


Responsibilities

  • Follow-up on Sales Opportunities from Maintenance Reports. Create tailored proposals addressing specific issues highlighted in maintenance reports.
  • Handle In-bound Sales Opportunities and qualify leads. Guide potential clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal. Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations as needed
  • Prospect New Customers: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Prospect call preparation include company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales Spectrum and Managing Director of Climanetics to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts effectively
  • Deliver exceptional client service and account management
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • At least 1 - 3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada
  • Must be willing to travel to the Markham office 4-5 days a week
