Territory Sales Manager - Quebec

About Our Client:
Our client is a global company that provides innovative cloud-based monitoring solutions for the construction, precast, and concrete manufacturing industries. Their platform leverages digital tools to enhance production efficiency, quality, and productivity. Having recently expanded into the United States, they are seeking technically skilled sales specialists to join their Territory Sales Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- As an Outside Territory Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining a robust customer base within your assigned territory, focusing on the concrete construction industry.
- You will handle the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, running product demonstrations, and communicating with engineers, project managers, and construction managers.
- You must be comfortable working in a technical environment and be able to speak on a technical level.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside B2B sales within the industrial or construction sector.
- Ideal candidates will have knowledge of concrete, cement, or admixture and be able to communicate effectively on a technical level.
- You must be proficient in using CRM software to track and forecast all sales data.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the US and Canada are required.
Location and Salary:
This is a field-based position where you will be required to live in the Eastern Canada/Quebec region, with a preference for candidates based in the Greater Quebec City area and willing to travel to meet clients throughout their territory up to 50% of the time.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $100,000-$110,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
