We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead business growth across Canada by identifying and developing opportunities in the mining, metals, and mineral processing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and drive sales in the mining and mineral processing industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Bear responsibility for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions, and commodity insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience in technical mining, mineral processing, or fixed mining equipment environments is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in territory development and management is essential.
  • A strong technical background in metallurgy, mining, or mineral processing is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of various commodities and industry standards is necessary.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers effectively.
  • A self-motivated individual with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is ideal.
  • The willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time is necessary.
