Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Achieve or exceed sales budget and margin contribution goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing them with innovative solutions and exceptional support.
  • • Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons to showcase the value proposition of Sherwin-Williams products.
  • • Identify and pursue new sales leads, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • • Collaborate with store and facility managers to optimize inventory levels and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • • Bilingual French and English proficiency required.
  • • High school education or equivalent is mandatory.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
