Sales Development Representative

At Baulne, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Techniques Representative to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Baulne to customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Develop and maintain long-term, profitable business relationships with existing and potential customers, including building owners and managers, general contractors, developers, and consulting engineering firms.
- Promote Baulne's service offering.
- Prospect within existing accounts to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, including regular visits and annual reviews, and promote the range of services.
- Negotiate, develop, and conclude new contracts.
- Provide after-sales service.
- Expand our customer base in industrial, commercial, institutional, and multi-residential environments.
- Plan possible installation, energy-saving, and maintenance projects with customers.
- Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) software package.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales representative role.
- Experience in HVAC-HVAC sales (asset).
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Sense of planning and organization.
- Bilingual French/English.
- Diploma in building mechanics (asset).
- Knowledge of energy-saving (asset).
