**International Business Development Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and driven Global Sales Expansion Director to join our team at Duvaltex.

**About the Role:**

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in international markets by securing adoption of our products among furniture manufacturers, ensuring product specifications meet architect, designer, and furniture dealer requirements.
  • You will identify and evaluate international business opportunities, aligning expansion with the company's strategic objectives.
  • A key aspect of this role is developing market penetration strategies for new regions, including comprehensive market analysis and targeted action plans.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players and influencers.
  • Oversee key accounts, agencies, and/or sales representatives, ensuring seamless customer relationships.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of international initiatives.
  • Represent Duvaltex at international events and trade fairs to enhance visibility and strengthen our brand.
  • Collaborate with export agencies and governments to optimize resources for expansion.
  • Contribute to implementing effective customer relationship management (CRM) tools and processes.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in business administration, international relations, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in international business development or managing international sales networks.
  • Mastery of international business practices, market dynamics, and cultural differences.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, oral and written.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (30-50% of the time) internationally.
