The Office of Councillor Parthi Kandavel seeks an experienced Administrative Coordinator to play a key operational role in the Constituency and City Councillor's Offices.

With a focus on providing exceptional administrative support, you will be responsible for planning and organizing events, communicating with various stakeholders, screening requests, and managing data entry and filing. You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain a database of the Councillor's contacts.

We are seeking someone with strong computer skills, particularly in Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in Bengali, Tagalog, or Tamil is an asset, as is holding a valid driver's license and access to a car. Photography, video production, or design skills are also considered a plus.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Scarborough and Toronto, with regular travel between the two offices required. The successful candidate will be remunerated with a competitive salary of $60,000 per year.
