**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Handle phone systems effectively, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Support the dental receptionist duties by managing patient records and appointment schedules.
- Utilize computer software for administrative tasks, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives to enhance office efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading capabilities.
- Familiarity with phone systems and clerical duties is essential.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $17.25-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
