**Position**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator and Client Care Coordinator. This role is pivotal in supporting our team's operations and enhancing our client relationships through outstanding administrative and coordination skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate appointments, showings, logistics in listings, and meetings.
- Coordinate with all parties and vendors involved in property set up and preparation, including scheduling photographers, stagers, printing companies, and all other third parties, as well as installing/removing signs and lockboxes.
- Coordinate events and gifts, as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of listings, marketing materials, etc.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.
- Write and send birthday and New Year cards to clients.
- Use CRM software to manage client database and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.
- Post ads, where and as needed.
- Prepare and write offers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficient in real estate software such as MLS, Webforms, DocuSign, Skyslope, Broker Bay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology.
- Driver’s license and car required, with mileage reimbursed for work-related duties.
**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
