About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Strategic Shopper Marketing Lead to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact shopper marketing strategies within key retailer networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of shopper marketing plans that leverage Retail Media Networks (RMNs) and Retailer Agnostic Media Platforms (RAMPs), aligning campaigns with brand strategies, consumer insights, and shopper behaviors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and retailers to ensure campaign activation aligns with their platform capabilities and drive high-quality ad placements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in shopper marketing, digital media, or account management, preferably within the CPG or retail industries.
  • Expertise in working with RMNs and RAMPs, with a strong understanding of their advertising products, capabilities, and best practices.
What We Offer

As a Strategic Shopper Marketing Lead at Brand Momentum, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
