Business Development Executive

**Position Summary:**
The Business Manager role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for delivering annual sales and profit targets within the Grocery & Drug channel business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement trade and shopper marketing initiatives based on market insights.
- Maximize trade investments and efficiencies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze business and category data to develop category management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience calling on Loblaw Companies and Shopper's Drugmart is an asset.
- Understanding of natural channel go-to-market strategies is an asset.
- Solid presentation skills and ability to persuade/sell to all levels of the customer organization.
