A Day in the Life of an Administration Clerk

As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Asset Manager for Renewable Generation. Your day-to-day tasks will include correspondence, meeting arrangements, time management, information maintenance, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative services in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and regulations
  • Answering inquiries from employees and supervisors regarding administrative matters
  • Managing document life cycles according to established procedures
  • Maintaining various information systems and databases
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations using software applications
  • Providing orientation to other staff as required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Software proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and SharePoint
  • 40 wpm keyboard skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to exercise mature judgment and initiative

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
