Administrative Coordinator for Renewable Generation

A Day in the Life of an Administration ClerkAs an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Asset Manager for Renewable Generation. Your day-to-day tasks will include correspondence, meeting arrangements, time management, information maintenance, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative services in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and regulations
- Answering inquiries from employees and supervisors regarding administrative matters
- Managing document life cycles according to established procedures
- Maintaining various information systems and databases
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations using software applications
- Providing orientation to other staff as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Software proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and SharePoint
- 40 wpm keyboard skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to exercise mature judgment and initiative

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
