Business Development Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Leanessa Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of over 20 professionals and students, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Program Administration: Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as planning development projects, developing venture capital sources, and recruiting staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, project management, or marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
