The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Disability Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on transportation and logistics services.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.

You will work closely with operations personnel to develop account growth strategies and maintain existing relationships.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to negotiate contracts and manage customer expectations while delivering exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Account Growth Strategies: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Cross-Sell Services: Promote CN's full suite of transportation services to customers.
  • Meet Revenue Targets: Deliver yearly revenue targets in alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Safety Advocate: Act as a safety advocate with the customer base, upholding CN's values and ensuring compliance with regulations.
