Job Description

This position will focus on developing and maintaining key national customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP, Sales & Customer Service, to create growth strategies within these customers. As a liaison between the Customer and our organization, you will collaborate with the Customer to grow business, present reviews, and drive new strategies.

You will work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth with a focus on profitability, operational fit, and customer experience. Revenue growth, focusing on existing customer penetration as well as customer profitability, is the minimum objective for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customer partnership initiatives and contract renewals in the reseller sector
  • Manage implementation and setup for existing reseller customers
  • Oversee customer quality assurance and scorecard performance
  • Act as liaison across parcel & courier services, and between sales, operations, customer service, automation, and billing teams
  • Provide insights to management on reporting, industry trends, and competitor analysis
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in reseller operations
  • Analyze customer profiles, including changes and business impact, to support company strategy
  • Assist in preparing pricing requests and validating customer profiles
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with reseller clients
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in reseller services
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in sales or development, preferably in logistics
  • Strong interpersonal communication and follow-up skills
  • Client-focused mindset for internal and external service
  • Excellent business acumen, with courier/supply chain knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis
  • Demonstrated drive, persistence, and initiative
  • Proven planning, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data and trend analysis
  • Competence in other MS Office tools
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
