Job Title: Liaison Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liaison Officer to join our team at IP Immigration Pros Inc. As a Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and evaluate work processes to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
