Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external customers to ensure seamless medical claims processing.
  • Meet project obligations while maintaining exceptional communication skills in French and English.
  • Accurately enter data into the system, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Exceptional Excel skills with strong MS Office ability.
  • Experience in drafting written content, including documentation and reports.
  • Confidence working with databases and managing large datasets.
  • Ideally, healthcare-related experience or education would be beneficial.
  • Prior claims experience is required, preferably with at least one year in a similar role.
