Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers in different territories across the country.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products and communicate key messages to customers and stakeholders in line with Brand plans.
  • Support in developing strategic plans and executing operational marketing plans that support business objectives while working collaboratively with other team members.
  • Develop business sales plans for individual accounts, set appropriate objectives for customer calls in line with territory business plans to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze performance data and reports to identify trends and seize new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of pharma sales experience and at least 3 years in pharma sales management.
  • Previous track record of leading sales results by utilizing a multichannel approach to reach customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using social media tools is an asset.
  • Strong innovative and creative selling skills, ability to learn technical and product related materials, and effective communication with physicians, executives and business partners.
