Sales and Operations Manager

At State and Liberty Clothing Co., we're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Sales and Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the store's operations, driving sales growth, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute business plans to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including product management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Mentor and lead our sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Manage store budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to optimize results.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or sales leadership.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fashion, luxury brands, and high-quality menswear.
